For New patients establishing care for Direct Primary Care.
Initial Visit & Lab Fee:

- 30–60 minute appointment.
- Detailed review of your health goals, symptoms, and medical history.
- Comprehensive baseline lab panel (plus hormones, thyroid, metabolic, and nutritional markers).
- Individualized treatment plan.
- Review of membership options and next steps for ongoing care.
For New patients establishing care for TRT/HRT, Peptides, or Weight Loss.
Initial Visit & Lab Fee:
- $450 per adult
- $850 per couple
Includes:
- 30–60 minute appointment.
- Detailed review of your health goals, symptoms, and medical history.
- Comprehensive baseline lab panel (plus hormones, thyroid, metabolic, and nutritional markers).
- Individualized treatment plan to optimize hormones, metabolism, and overall wellness.
