1. Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) &

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

  • Men’s TRT, Women’s HRT, Enclomiphene: $180/month
  • Routine In-clinic labs, hormone medications, and supplies necessary for standard TRT/HRT management.
  • Additional labs outside of typical care may incur a fee.
  • Additional medications are available à la carte.

  • A $50 fee will be applied if you “No-Show” any appointment.

  • Payment via Credit card or Insurance HSA/FSA account benefits, Cancel subscription at any time. Monthly recurring payment for as long as you remain a Redefined Health Clinic patient.
  • A Late Fee will be assessed with 10+ days overdue. Fee is 10% of your outstanding balance.
