Bill Ruzicka, ARNP, FNP-C

Founder, CEO, & Clinician

Bill is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 19 years of clinical experience and founder of Redefined Health Clinic. He believes the human body was intentionally designed to thrive—not simply survive—and that no one should settle for feeling “good enough.”

Known for asking why before prescribing what, Bill enjoys solving the puzzle of why people don’t feel like themselves and helping them reclaim their energy, health, confidence, and quality of life.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find him hiking, working out, or exploring the Pacific Northwest. Inside the clinic, he’s known for his dry sarcasm, relentless pot-stirring, and making patients feel right at home.

Diana Martinez, MA-C

Clinic Manager, Certified Medical Assistant

Diana is our Clinic Manager and Certified Medical Assistant with more than 12 years of experience in family practice. She leads the day-to-day operations of Redefined Health Clinic while helping ensure every patient receives consistent, compassionate care from every member of our team.

Whether she’s assisting with patient care, drawing labs, answering questions, or helping patients navigate their care, Diana is committed to making every visit feel warm, seamless, and personal.

Outside the clinic, Diana enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and soaking up the sunshine whenever she can.

Kate Vetsch, MA-C

Medical Assistant
Kate brings over 10 years of experience as a medical assistant, along with a genuine passion for helping others improve their health and well-being. After transitioning from clinical practice to focus on raising her family, she discovered a renewed sense of purpose at Redefined Health Clinic, where she is able to combine her healthcare background with her desire to serve and support others.
As a mother of three, Kate values the importance of balance, community, and lifelong learning. She is grateful for the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives while continuing to grow both personally and professionally.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring with her children, and making memories with family and friends. She loves staying active and embraces every opportunity for adventure and connection.

Kinzie Heide, MA-C

Medical Assistant

Kinzie is the newest member of the Redefined Health Clinic family, serving as our Medical Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator. She brings a crazy amount of enthusiasm, compassion, and a willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed. From welcoming patients to assisting with procedures and lab draws, Kinzie is dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable and well cared for. She has quickly become an important part of our team, and we’re excited to have her helping us continue to provide the personalized care our patients deserve.

Ellie

Head of HR & Complaints

Ellie proudly serves as our HR Director & Complaint Department Manager. She joined the team at just 5 months old. She has absolutely zero qualifications for either role, which somehow still puts her ahead of most HR departments. If you have a complaint, we’ll gladly direct you to her. She’ll either smile, babble, or attempt to eat your complaint. Honestly, that’s about as effective as most complaint departments anyway.
