Schedule Appointment
Step 1: Schedule an Appointment Online.
- New patient documents are emailed for you to complete.
- You will receive a link to meet via video for telemedicine.
- Complete Your Initial appointment.
Labs
Step 2: After your initial appointment, we will order a comprehensive panel of labs. The lab orders will also be emailed to you from “Access Labs.” You will take these orders to any LabCorp site to complete the blood work. LabCorp will need these orders.
- An outside lab draw fee may apply that can be paid with your FSA/HSA card.
- Or you can also choose to have the lab bill your insurance with the invoice from the lab. – Redefined Health Clinic is Not responsible for this draw fee.
Follow-Up Appointment
Step 3: After completing your labs, schedule a follow-up appointment through our convenient online portal. We will:
- Review Lab results
- Obtain additional labs (if needed)
- Discuss treatment options
- Personalize a plan to help you reach your goals
Medications Sent to You
Step 4: We send a prescription to one of our select national compounding pharmacies that ship the medications directly to your front door.

Step 5: Our goal is to make everything convenient via telemedicine.
- We monitor the effectiveness of your treatment plan and update your goals
- Review updated labs
- Get additional labs (if needed)
- Discuss ongoing treatments
