- If additional time is needed and your consultation extends beyond 30 minutes, it will be converted to a comprehensive medical consultation, and a $100 consultation fee will apply.

Every New Patient begins with a Comprehensive Health Assessment before enrolling in an ongoing treatment or membership plan.
Your One-time $450 Initial fee includes:
- Comprehensive lab testing
- Provider review of your health history, symptoms, goals, and lab results
- Personalized treatment recommendations
- Your 1st month of care – including treatments
- Medications & Injection supplies if included in your recommended program
- Patient Portal and Private care-team messaging
Your Personalized Blueprint may include:

1. Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) & Women's Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
$180/mo.
Your membership includes:
- All Routine Appointments.
- Routine In-clinic Laboratory testing.
- Hormone Medications & Supplies necessary for standard TRT or HRT management.
- Secure Patient Portal access.
- Private Text Messaging with your care team
- Electronic referrals when needed
Other medications and services are available à la carte.
Add-on memberships are also available.

- Injury & Recovery Package — $300/month
Focused on supporting the body’s natural repair & recovery processes following an injury, surgery, or periods of physical stress.
- Athletic Performance Package — $315/month
Created for active adults, athletes, and weekend warriors who want to train harder, recover more effectively, and maintain their performance over time.
- Body Composition Package — $315/month
Designed for individuals who want additional support improving body composition when nutrition and exercise alone are not enouth. Treatment may help support fat loss, lean muscle development, metabolic health.
- Sexual Health & Intimacy Package — $330/month
A personalized approach to sexual wellness for both men and women experiencing concerns such as reduced desire, difficulty with arousal, erectile dysfunction, or decreased sexual satisfaction.

3. Medical Weight Loss
Treatment options include oral and injectable medications. Potential treatment options include:
- Phentermine
- Compounded B12 injections
- Naltrexone
- Oral GLP-1 medications
- Injectable GLP-1 medications. (Does not include retatrutide which is unavailable through FDA regulations at this point.)
Membership Prices vary from $150-$650 per Month.

- Credit card confirmation ensures that patients arrive at their appointment and are on time.
- A $50 fee will be applied if you “No-Show” any appointment.

- Payment via Credit card or Insurance HSA/FSA account benefits, Cancel subscription at any time. Monthly recurring payment for as long as you remain a Redefined Health Clinic patient.
- A Late Fee will be assessed with 10+ days overdue. Fee is 10% of your outstanding balance.
